Let Them Eat Cake (and drink beer)

This January, e-Service will mark its 20th anniversary at the EAG show with a special reception on Stand number B62 on Wednesday 17th at 2pm.

Managing Director Mike Clokie says, “We hope you will join us celebrate the last two decades with two of my favourite things - beer and cake.

"When I first established e-Service, the aim was to be the operators’ friend – to supply a choice of components and services at competitive prices and open up the market to more competition. This was then further cemented with our repairs and installation services and now we have moved into cashless payments and digital and networked technology. Wherever the industry goes – we aim to be a step ahead, so that operators can find what they want at a really good price.”

This year’s EAG will be no exception. E-Service will focus on its core products, including the innovative e-Payhub pool payment system – which is as easy as, tap, press, play! Fitting an e-Payhub in a venue is a simple job, taking only a few minutes. Watch revenues lift by as much as 30% when you give players the option to tap to play on site.

If you have licensed premises, the MyCheckr age verification system from Innovative Technology is a must see.  Not requiring wifi in order to work, this product offers peace of mind to operators and staff on site as it will always be on hand to back up those who have to make a judgement call on age related goods and services. MyCheckr now boasts a number of new features which will be available to see on the stand at EAG for the first time.

The 3004-e change machine is a classic remastered. E-Service will take your existing Thomas change machine and utilise the metal cabinet while completely renewing the technology inside to bring it right up to date. Saving money and the planet by refurbishing your existing equipment, this has captured the imagination of operators and e-Service has had a full order book since the 3004-e was first shown in 2023.

E-Service will also be showing the range of highly secure and technologically advanced banknote validators from Innovative Technology, offering casino level security at a mid-range price. In addition, customers can browse the latest note acceptors from JCM Europe, including the UBA Pro Family and the latest VEGA Pro.

“Whether you are looking to accept cash or go cashless, we will have a solution to fit your business and your budget at EAG,” continues Mike. “We will also have a full complement of cue sports equipment to support our customers and other components that we know the industry needs, which we offer at competitive prices. Come along to stand B62 to find out how we have been helping operators and leading the field for 20 years already.”
