Matthew Drage Keeps SAM Ties Going

SAM Leisure - the table sports specialist was back at this year's EAG show and there was a familar name on the stand. Matthew Drage - son of SAM founder Gary - joined Liam Barrett for the show. Gary - who was well known and liked in the industry died unexpectedly in 2022.

Matthew said, "A lot of people have come on the stand and offered their condolences and memories of my dad. I have actually found this a great comfort as it has been really lovely to talk about him with his colleagues and friends."

Matthew is still involved in SAM Leisure although he works in finance as his day job. SAM was showing a cashless solution for its table games during EAG.
