bacta Launches Election Micro Site

John Bollom, President of bacta thanked the nearly 100 members who attended the association's webinar to find out more about gambling reforms and the impact of the General Election. He said, "The outcome of the General Election on 4 July 2024 will have significant implications. The incoming Gambling Minister will have on their desk vital decisions relating to machine numbers in AGCs and the introduction of cashless play."

"We have launched today a new Bacta General Election microsite to help members engage with their parliamentary candidates," he added.
It can be accessed here: www.bactaelection.co.uk
Bollom continued, "I would urge members to use this site to contact their parliamentary candidates and invite them to your venues.
Engaging with candidates is vital to ensuring our sector’s needs are heard and considered. All you need to do is fill in your postcode, name and address and a letter will be generated. I would also encourage you to personalize the letter."
