ITL and E-Service forge stronger ties

E-Service has strengthened its partnership with Innovative Technology (ITL), significantly expanding the distribution of ITL’s rapidly evolving AI-powered age and identity verification products across the UK. This enhanced collaboration marks a new chapter in their longstanding relationship, bringing advanced technology to operators and manufacturers committed to staying ahead of regulatory demands.

Since 2004, E-Service has been the UK’s leading independent provider of spares, service, and after-sales support for the amusement, gaming, and vending industries. Partnering with ITL, a global leader in cash validation and identity solutions, has allowed both companies to innovate and deliver unmatched technical expertise and customer support.

Reflecting on the partnership’s growth, Andy Bullock, Senior Business Development Manager at ITL, shared, “Whilst E-Service only officially became our trading partner last year, our collaboration spans many years, and they are an established and trusted distributor of our cash validation equipment. Together, we’ve built a solid foundation, delivering superior service to customers in the gaming, amusement, and vending sectors. E-Service’s proactive support of our new AI technology is particularly exciting, successfully promoting our MyCheckr age check device at various shows recently. With the UK Government’s recent regulations aimed at protecting vulnerable and underage players, the demand for advanced age verification technology will undoubtedly surge.”

Paul Scott, Sales Director at E-Service, echoed this enthusiasm: “Our relationship with ITL has always been strong, and we’ve successfully distributed their leading note validation products like the NV22 Spectral and NV9 Spectral. Now, we’re thrilled to introduce their AI-powered age check solutions, showcasing these innovations at upcoming exhibitions. This collaboration is set to take our partnership to new heights, enabling us to further support the gaming and amusement industry.”

As both companies look to the future, their joint efforts promise to deliver cutting-edge solutions that not only meet but exceed the expectations of an ever-evolving market.
