Boomerang Digital to Showcase New PayStations & Integrations at ACOS

Boomerang Digital is set to unveil two new models of its PayStation range at this year’s Autumn Coin-op Show (ACOS). These cutting-edge kiosks are designed to enhance the efficiency of gaming and amusement venues, offering seamless integration with Boomerang Digital’s software and third-party platforms.

The 8022 Gaming PayStation is one of the most advanced automated kiosk terminals available, providing secure handling of TITO (Ticket In, Ticket Out) ticket redemption, change-giving, and banknote payout. It offers full integration with QuantumV6 and is  compatible with GBG, SAS, Ticket2Go and SG video bet TITO systems.

The 8022 offers a comprehensive change facility – supporting note-to-coin, coin-to-note, and debit card and contactless payment options for TITO ticket processing.

Boomerang Digital will also showcase the 8031 Tik-Ex PayStation, an intuitive point-of-sale solution for purchasing TITO tickets. The Tik-Ex offers a 13.1-inch Full HD Touch Screen, Chip & Pin / Contactless card reader, Gen 5 TITO Ticket Printer plus optional Banknote/TITO Ticket Acceptor. The Tik-Ex also includes scanner and Facial Recognition Camera.

As well Loyalty system integration, both PayStation models feature Budd.e and ECM Bingo Bee integration, which provides a standard UI for handling player accounts and linking to various wallet providers. When idle, the PayStation allows players to scan their account QR code and, after entering their PIN, access a “Player Account” screen. From there, players can:

    Display account details
    Check into the venue
    Add or withdraw funds
Print a mini statement of account activity
Additionally, both models are fully compatible with GBG & MDC (Machine Data Capture), enabling real-time data interrogation for spot checks and collections. Key functionalities include:

Collation of transaction events into financial meters
Real-time reporting of float levels (PayStation “stock”)
    Monitoring of transaction events (e.g., cash/tickets in/out)
Tracking of general events (e.g., machine faults, door state changes)
Moreover, Boomerang’s Handheld v5 device can display this information in real-time, allowing operators to stay updated on machine performance and quickly address any issues.

Finally, Boomerang will also show integration with the leading camera and age verification system ICU Lite from Innovative Technology and the PayStations will unveil a new more engaging attract mode and advertising screen. The team also looks forward to demonstrating the latest developments in the Click management system – which is attracting a legion of loyal arcade customers.

“The Boomerang teams looks forward to unveiling these latest developments which combine the power of the PayStation’s trusted brand with the customer favourite integrations that the company is known for,” says MD Ian Fuller
