Boomerang Digital is excited to announce a series of powerful updates to the revolutionary Click machine management system, further solidifying its place as a must-have tool for operators across the UK. These enhancements include cutting-edge features designed to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and prioritize safer gaming practices, making Click the go-to solution for managing machine data and venue performance.

One of the key advancements is the introduction of a Business Intelligence (BI) Portal, which provides operators with real-time, actionable data from any device—be it iPhone, Android, or other mobile platforms. Leveraging both live and collection data, combined with AI, the BI Portal offers operators valuable insights into machine performance and customer behavior, helping them make informed decisions to maximize their venue's potential.

Click has also enhanced its commitment to safer gaming with the integration of responsible gaming alerts directly into its handheld app and system interface. This feature empowers operators to keep customer welfare at the forefront, ensuring a safer, more responsible gaming environment.

In addition, the Click system now fully integrates machine data capture with Boomerang’s PayStation range. Operators can effortlessly track stock levels, manage hand pays, and handle refills, all while maintaining tight security within the Click platform. These updates continue to build on Click's mission to provide operators with a dynamic, adaptable solution to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

    Customer Testimonials Highlight Click’s Impact

Operators who have implemented Click in their venues are already seeing substantial benefits from these features. Jonathan Ling, owner of Lings Casino in Skegness, has been using Click for nine months and is preparing to roll it out across additional venues. "It’s been a game changer! We’re about to implement Click at our second venue, and a third is already in the works. It’s streamlined everything for us," he shared.

Similarly, Oliver Booth, owner of several Be Lucky venues, praised Click's contribution to his business. "Click has made a positive impact. It’s a modern approach to monitoring our machine income, and it offers additional security benefits that we’ve welcomed," said Oliver, who already has Click installed in three locations and plans to expand further.

Scott Roberts of Oasis FEC/AGC in Hemsby echoed these sentiments, stating, "Click has transformed the way we manage our machines. The system is intuitive, efficient, and an essential part of our operations. I wouldn’t run my venues without it!" Scott has been using the system for 12 months.

Kenneth Reader Jnr, owner of The Dunes in South Shields, is also expanding Click to his new site in Stanley. "Click has been a fantastic addition to our South Shields site, and we’re excited to bring it to Stanley. It’s made managing our machines so much smoother," he explained.

As the Click system continues to evolve with a robust development roadmap and a competitive price point, Boomerang Digital invites operators to discover how Click can revolutionize their machine management processes at the upcoming ACOS show on stand 19.
