E-Service Reports Strong Interest in Contactless and Cash Handling Tech at ECAS

E-Service enjoyed a successful showing at the recent ECAS Show, held at the Southview Park Hotel on Burgh Road, Skegness, where the team showcased a wide range of future-ready solutions for the gaming and amusement sectors.

Exhibiting alongside show organiser UDC, E-Service presented a dynamic line-up of technologies designed to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support the evolving needs of the industry.

Key highlights on the stand included the company’s latest cash handling and change machines, upgraded with contactless payment integration to support faster, more convenient transactions. Visitors also showed strong interest in E-Service’s note validators and age verification systems, designed to help operators stay compliant while offering a seamless customer journey.

A major draw at the stand was the Cashio Silver Terminal – a casino-grade cash and TITO terminal built specifically for high street AGC venues. Fully integrated and compliant with the GBG Protocol, the Cashio Silver Terminal attracted considerable attention for its secure, user-friendly functionality, offering a reliable solution for managing ticket-in/ticket-out payments.

In the leisure and amusement space, E-Service also presented its range of premium pool equipment and Hainsworth pool cloth, reinforcing the company’s commitment to providing high-quality accessories for a top-level gaming experience.

Additionally, the stand featured contactless payment solutions using Nayax and Payter technology, reflecting the industry’s growing demand for cashless play and more flexible payment options.

Reflecting on the show, Account Manager Alex Clokie commented:

“It’s a nice show that offers a personal touch. It’s great that it only has a limited customer base as it means you can spend more time talking and showing off our products. We  have sold change machines and contactless devices — so we are very pleased.”
