UDC’s Jonathan Lauder and the team successfully hosted this year’s East Coast Amusement Show (ECAS) in Skegness, welcoming a steady stream of visitors across the two-day event.
Held at the Southview Park Hotel, ECAS once again offered a relaxed, customer-focused environment, where operators had time to talk in detail with suppliers over coffee — discussing everything from game performance and machine issues to summer plans and purchasing needs.
With more time to spend with each visitor, UDC was able to explore exactly what operators are looking for right now — and deliver immediate results. Several of the games showcased at the event were sold on the spot and delivered directly to customer sites, in time to start earning over the Bank Holiday weekend.
UDC presented a broad range of equipment, including cranes, redemption games, video machines, kiddie rides, and change machines, ensuring there was something of interest for every type of operator. They were joined by three other companies participating in the event, creating a well-rounded and engaging exhibition.
Reflecting on the event, Jonathan Lauder said:
“We’re pleased with how ECAS has gone this year and plan to return again next year. As long as local operators continue to appreciate our efforts and turn up, the show is worthwhile for everyone involved.”
With strong engagement, meaningful conversations, and games already earning out in the field, ECAS 2025 proved once again why this regional showcase continues to be an important date on the industry calendar.
