The Amusement Network has been contacted by a private collector on the hunt for a classic Cromptons redemption machine — the much-loved Digger’s Prize.
A staple of arcades in its time, Digger’s Prize is an ingenious novelty game where players race against depleting fuel levels to dig up as many balls as possible using push-button or joystick controls. Once retrieved by the digger arm, players must skillfully drop the balls into a waiting dumper truck to score.
If you happen to have an old model of Digger’s Prize — whether in storage, on-site, or in need of refurbishment — we’d love to hear from you. A private buyer is keen to purchase, and The Amusement Network is helping facilitate the connection.
