E-Service, a leading supplier of spares, components, and technology solutions to the amusement, gaming, and kiosk sectors, is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Simmons to the position of Business Development Manager.
Mark joins the company at an important time of growth, with E-Service continuing to invest in connected technology, expand its strategic partnerships, and opening a new regional depot in Castleford to better serve customers across the UK and Europe.
With a wealth of experience in both the traditional amusement and gaming markets, as well as the self-service and kiosk technology sector, Mark is well placed to support E-Service’s customer base while driving new opportunities - particularly in areas where connected systems and smart devices are becoming more central to operational success.
Mike Clokie, Managing Director of E-Service, said:
“We are very pleased to welcome Mark to the team. His depth of industry knowledge and broad experience across both legacy and emerging technologies will play a key role as we expand our offer and enhance service levels for our customers. With continued investment in technical solutions and an expanding network of supplier partnerships, it’s an exciting time to be strengthening our commercial team.”
Mark Simmons commented:
“I’m very pleased to join such a forward-thinking company and to bring my skill set to the team. E-Service has a great reputation in the industry and I’m looking forward to contributing to its next chapter of growth. I’ll be attending the ACOS show next month, so I encourage anyone attending to stop by, say hello, and find out more about what we’re working on.”
Mark brings with him over two decades of commercial experience, having held key roles at prominent firms including Coinco, NRI, CPI and Suzo Happ, as well as a spell in the Security Sector where he worked at HID Global and a period working for lock specialist Camlock.
E-Service will be exhibiting at ACOS 2025, where Mark and the team will be available to discuss the latest innovations in payment technology, connected change machines, and bespoke spares solutions.
