E-Service will once again be exhibiting at the Autumn Coin-op Show (ACOS), taking place on 21–22 October at London’s ILEC Conference Centre, with a clear message to the industry: “Let’s talk.”
The company is drawing inspiration from the early days of the October show, when the event provided a vital opportunity for developers to showcase prototypes and gather operator feedback to help shape the following year’s products and services.
Mike Clokie, Managing Director of E-Service, explained, “For us, ACOS is about conversation and connection rather than having the biggest stand. It’s a chance to meet customers, share ideas, and discuss the direction of travel in R&D. Engaging directly with clients gives us valuable information that ensures we’re all moving in the right direction. As a supplier working with both manufacturers and operators, we’re highly attuned to new trends, and we see it as our role not only to support the brands we represent but also to feed back customer insights that can drive future innovation.”
This year, E-Service will highlight a range of innovative yet cost-effective solutions designed to enhance the customer experience. These include custom branded tickets, tokens, and pool racking cloths – simple upgrades that can elevate a venue’s brand identity at low cost.
The company will also showcase the latest developments in its Thomas 5000 series change machines, which now feature digital signage. Operators can upload custom videos and promotions in seconds, creating an instant platform to inspire loyalty, increase engagement, and encourage additional spend on site.
With its focus on conversation, collaboration, and customer-led innovation, E-Service’s presence at ACOS promises to echo the spirit of the show’s roots – while pointing firmly toward the future. Find the team – including new Business Development Manager Mark Simmons - on stand 23.
