
Paddy Power is partnering with the historic Hippodrome Casino in London to introduce new betting and retail services, according to reports. The agreement will see the betting operator launching a sportsbook offering within the casino’s premises — a move that underscores the convergence of gaming, betting, and experiential entertainment under one roof.
This deal follows a growing industry trend in which casinos and entertainment venues become multipurpose hubs: not just for games of chance, but for sports-betting, hospitality, and social experiences. The Hippodrome, already a landmark venue in the West End, is well placed to benefit from this hybrid strategy; attracting both casino patrons and sports-betting customers under one roof.
