Bandai Namco Amusement Europe has appointed Matt Bradley as Head of Marketing and Media, a newly created leadership role reflecting the company’s strategic shift towards a more agile approach.
To continue meeting the evolving needs of the market, Bandai Namco aims to strengthen brand cohesion, campaign execution and foster a more collaborative environment.
Matt brings more than 15 years of industry experience to the role, 11 of which he has spent at Bandai Namco. Since joining the company in 2014, Matt served as VR Project Manager for EMEA before stepping into the role of Digital Operations Manager in 2022.
Leading the newly formed Marketing and Media department, Matt will oversee the strategy and execution of the provider’s integrated campaigns across digital, social, PR and events.
His remit spans both retail and leisure operations, B2B initiatives and customer engagement, with a focus on delivering high-impact campaigns that align with Bandai Namco’s creative and commercial ambitions.
Rob Cook, Location Based Operations Director at Bandai Namco, said: "As we continue to expand, our marketing team must reflect the energy and creativity we showcase across the business. Matt knows Bandai Namco well and has learnt the ropes over more than a decade.
“With his mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience, we’re excited to see how he takes our campaigns to the next level.”
Matt Bradley, Head of Marketing and Media, added: “It’s a great time to be stepping into this role. The company is heading in an exciting direction, and this new structure gives us a great opportunity to do more for our audiences, from our industry partners to the players and customers who make everything we do worthwhile.”
