E-Service has reported strong engagement with operators and industry partners following its appearance at the 45th Irish Gaming Show, held in Dublin on 3–4 March.
The event provided an opportunity for the E-Service team to reconnect with customers and discuss the practical solutions operators are looking for as the Irish market moves into a new regulatory and operational phase.
The show provided an opportunity to discuss new developments in contactless payments, with E-Service confirming that site trials of its Pay-with-ME contactless payment solution are now beginning in Ireland. The system allows players to pay quickly via QR code and contactless payment, offering operators an easy route to introducing digital payment options on leisure equipment such as pool tables.
Discussions at the show also revealed that some operators currently using contactless systems from other providers are exploring alternative options that may offer improved service levels and more competitive merchant arrangements.
Among the other technologies highlighted on the stand was the company’s established Thomas change machine range, designed to provide dependable and fully configurable cash handling solutions for gaming, amusement and leisure environments. Known for their reliability and flexibility, the machines continue to be widely deployed across arcades, AGCs and entertainment venues.
Visitors also showed strong interest in E-Service’s TITO and redemption ticket solutions, with the team highlighting the importance of high-quality ticket stock in reducing machine downtime, improving print accuracy and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation. Both blank and customised ticket options are available, with the company supplying operators across the UK and Europe.
In addition, E-Service showcased the CashIO range from CountR, a secure automated cash management solution designed to streamline counting processes, reduce manual cash handling and improve back-office efficiency for operators.
Alongside hardware and consumables, the company emphasised the strength of its service, repair and spare parts support, which remains a core part of its business. With extensive stock availability and technical expertise, E-Service supports operators throughout the full lifecycle of their equipment.
Commenting on the show, Paul Scott, Sales Director at E-Service, said:
“The Irish market is moving into a significant period of change, and operators are looking for reliable partners who can supply practical solutions that genuinely work in the field. The Irish Gaming Show is always a valuable opportunity for us to meet customers, discuss their requirements and demonstrate how our machines, tickets and support services can help keep venues running smoothly.”
With the Irish sector continuing to evolve, E-Service says the show provided valuable insight into the needs of operators and confirmed strong interest in solutions that combine reliability, efficiency and practical support.
