E-Service Highlights Age Verification at Bacta Regional Meetings

E-Service took an active role in recent Bacta Regional Meetings, with Sales Director Paul Scott presenting alongside Andy Bullock of Innovative Technology at sessions held in Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.

The meetings, which took place at the North Shore Hotel in Skegness and Scarborough Rugby Club, brought together operators from across the regions to discuss key industry issues and hear updates from suppliers and stakeholders.

Focusing on one of the most pressing topics currently facing the sector, Paul and Andy shared insights into age verification and player protection, outlining how emerging technologies are helping operators meet compliance requirements while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

A central part of the discussion was E-Service’s MyCheckr solution, with attendees given an overview of how the technology can be implemented in a straightforward and effective way to support responsible gaming measures.

Commenting after the meetings, Paul Scott emphasised the importance of engaging directly with operators and understanding the challenges they face on the ground.

“It’s always valuable to be out in the field speaking directly with customers,” he said. “Age verification continues to be a key focus for the industry, and these sessions gave us a great opportunity to demonstrate how solutions like MyCheckr can support businesses in a practical and accessible way.”

The regional meetings once again provided a useful platform for open discussion, allowing operators to ask questions, share experiences and gain a clearer understanding of the tools available to support compliance and player protection.

E-Service and Innovative Technology both highlighted the importance of continued collaboration across the sector as regulatory expectations evolve, with technology playing an increasingly important role in supporting operators moving forward.
