E-Service Builds Momentum Ahead of ARE Expo Following Strong EAG Performance

E-Service (Europe) Ltd is set to build on a highly successful EAG Expo 2026 as it prepares to showcase its latest solutions at the upcoming Amusement & Retail Entertainment Expo (ARE Expo) in April on Stand 33.

Official data from EAG 2026 highlighted a standout performance for E-Service, with the company achieving some of the strongest engagement levels across the event. Positioned within one of the exhibition’s busiest zones, the stand benefited from consistently high footfall, reinforcing its position as a key destination for operators seeking practical, operational solutions.

This strong physical presence was matched by digital engagement. E-Service ranked as the most viewed exhibitor on the official event app, outperforming a number of major industry brands. At the same time, its MyCheckr solution emerged as the most viewed product of the show, underlining growing industry focus on safeguarding, compliance and venue security.

The level of interaction seen across the event reflects a shift in operator priorities, with attendees actively seeking solutions that address real-world challenges rather than simply browsing new products.

At the centre of this demand is MyCheckr, E-Service’s advanced safeguarding solution, developed to support both player protection and venue security. Working in conjunction with the MyConnect hub, the system provides real-time alerts to staff via tablet devices, enabling immediate action when individuals of concern are identified.

While the technology plays an important role in supporting self-exclusion and safer gambling initiatives, it also offers a wider layer of protection for operators. Venue owners can upload details of individuals who may pose a risk to their business, including those linked to fraudulent activity or machine abuse. In light of recent industry crime alerts, this additional capability is becoming increasingly relevant.

E-Service has reported a growing number of enquiries from operators looking to strengthen their venue security processes, reflecting wider concerns across the sector.

This rising interest has also been evident in recent industry engagement, with E-Service presenting alongside partners at Bacta regional meetings, where discussions around age verification, player protection and venue security drew significant attention from attendees.

Paul Scott, Sales Director at E-Service, said:

“The response we saw at EAG was incredibly encouraging and reflects what we are hearing every day from operators. There is a real appetite for solutions that are not only compliant, but practical and effective in a live environment. MyCheckr is designed to support both the player and the operator, helping create safer, more secure venues.”

As the industry continues to evolve, E-Service’s focus remains on delivering solutions that balance compliance, operational efficiency and commercial viability.

Visitors to ARE Expo will have the opportunity to see MyCheckr in action and explore how it can be integrated into existing operations as part of a wider approach to safeguarding and security.

With momentum building ahead of the ARE this month, MyCheckr is emerging as one of the key technologies to watch in 2026.
