E-Service is proud to be supporting Freddie Smith the U14 Welsh championship runner up with his fundraising efforts to represent Wales in the European and World Championship.
Freddie is 9 years old and from Cwmbran in South Wales. His plan to play in these major tournaments over the next couple of years will be very expensive and he is supporting his fundraising efforts with a raffle.
Paul Scott, Sales Director at E-Service says, “We are thrilled to be supporting Freddie with some raffle prizes and wish him the best of luck with his campaign to become a professional snooker player and win the world championship.”
Freddie says, “Thank you to E-Service for supporting me. I practise and play at least 2-3 hours every day. I started playing snooker when I was 6 years old. I first picked up a cue in Spain playing pool on my mum and dad’s honeymoon. My dad then took me to our local snooker club where my dad tried me at snooker, and I loved it and was just good at it.
I play in events all around the country including Pro-ams and I am currently the Welsh U14 championship runner-up. I don’t have any coaching but practise really hard to get better to be the best and win the world championships.
When I am not at the club, I am at home doing my own tournaments and practising on my little table at home. I have already played top players including Shaun Murphy and loved it. Playing snooker is all I want to do and it is my dream to be a pro.”
