ARE Expo Announces CHIPS as Official Charity Partner

The ARE Expo, taking place in Manchester on April 29th and 30th, is proud to announce CHIPS as its official charity partner for the event. CHIPS is a UK-based organisation dedicated to providing mobility solutions for disabled children, and this partnership will focus on raising funds to support their independence. The ultimate goal is to contribute towards the purchase of a motorised wheelchair for a child in need.

Karen Cooke, organiser of ARE Expo, expressed her enthusiasm for supporting CHIPS:

“I have known Linda Lindsay from CHIPS for many years, and I am proud to be able to support her fantastic work through fundraising at the first ARE Expo in Manchester. I hope that everyone will get behind this initiative so that we can truly make a difference to the children involved.”

Linda Lindsay, Co-Founder and Trustee of CHIPS, shared her excitement about the collaboration:

“There are so many wonderful youngsters all over the country who need our help to become independently mobile. We hope that with the support of this fantastic industry, we can give more deserving children the opportunity to gain freedom and independence through mobility.”

ARE Expo invites exhibitors, attendees, and industry supporters to take part in fun competitions held throughout the event, showcasing their skills on industry games. All proceeds will contribute to this meaningful cause, directly helping to change the lives of children in need.

As a premier event for the Amusement & Retail Entertainment industry, the ARE Expo brings together key players, exhibitors, and professionals to showcase the latest innovations, trends, and technologies. Held at Manchester’s Cotton Sheds, the event provides a valuable platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and business development within the sector.
