New Retro Arcade Attraction Opens in Skelmersdale
Skelmersdale has welcomed an exciting new addition to its entertainment scene with the opening of a retro arcade machine attraction. This venue offers a nostalgic experience, featuring a variety of classic arcade games that cater to both seasoned gamers and newcomers alike.
The Amazing Novelty-Orium and Mechanical Museum is the brainchild of Darren Hesketh, who has been restoring arcade machines for the last 30 years.
Located in the heart of Skelmersdale, the arcade boasts an extensive collection of vintage games, allowing visitors to relive the golden era of gaming. From iconic titles to beloved classics, the attraction provides an immersive environment reminiscent of the 1980s and 1990s arcade culture.
In addition to the arcade, Skelmersdale offers other gaming experiences. Ultimate Gamers, for instance, is a gaming hub that hosts weekday clubs for children of all ages, providing opportunities to play and learn.
