Please Support Quent and Surj as They Run Vitality 10K in Memory of Son Dylan

The Amusement Network calls on readers to support Quent and Surj Stott of Reflex Gaming, as the pair prepare to take part in the 2025 Vitality London 10,000 this September. They are running in memory of their son, Dylan David Stott, and raising vital funds for Spencer Dayman Meningitis Research.

This latest challenge is not just a physical test, but a deeply personal mission: to honour Dylan’s memory and help fund research that could prevent other families from experiencing the devastating loss of a child to meningitis or sepsis.

Dylan died in 2005 from meningococcal septicaemia. Though his life was heartbreakingly short, his family remembers him as a vibrant, affectionate little boy with a contagious laugh and a deep love of cuddles. Whether he was pushing his sister’s pink buggy, dancing to mobile ringtones, or riding donkeys with glee, Dylan brought joy to everyone who knew him.

“We are running this 10K not only as a personal challenge,” say Quent and Surj, “but as a way to honour Dylan’s memory and support research that could one day eliminate the threat of meningitis and sepsis for good.”

The charity they are supporting, Spencer Dayman Meningitis Research, is dedicated to funding cutting-edge scientific research that aims to protect future generations.

Their 10K route will take them past some of London’s most famous landmarks, finishing in front of Buckingham Palace. With ten weeks of training ahead—and no more biscuits!—they are asking the industry to stand behind them.
