Visitors to last week’s EAG Expo were able to see NeoShuffle in action on the SEGA Amusements International stand, as the company showcased the latest addition to its growing social entertainment portfolio at ExCeL London.
Developed in partnership with Good Times Tech, NeoShuffle brings a modern, technology-led twist to classic shuffleboard. The game blends traditional gameplay with smart scoring and advanced vision technology, with every puck slide brought to life on a large 50-inch screen featuring dynamic visuals and effects. The result is a faster, dispute-free and highly engaging experience designed for high-footfall social venues.
The physical shuffleboard itself is manufactured by Hudson Shuffleboards, a US-based specialist known for handcrafted, tournament-quality tables. Constructed from Hard Rock Maple, the boards are engineered for durability, consistency and long-term performance, making them well suited to commercial environments.
Commenting on the launch, Justin Burke, Chief Operating Officer at SEGA Amusements International, said the product perfectly aligns with growing demand for premium, tech-enhanced social experiences. He highlighted NeoShuffle’s smart scoring system and intuitive operation, which remove friction from gameplay and make the attraction accessible to a broad audience.
Stephen Wools, General Manager at Good Times Tech, added that the system’s multiple game modes, strong replay value and low-maintenance design are already helping venues increase dwell time and customer spend. He also noted that the platform’s technology enables faster development of new content and game variations.
The appearance of NeoShuffle on the SEGA stand at EAG underlined the continued evolution of shuffleboard into a connected, immersive attraction and marked a significant step forward for social gaming within the out-of-home entertainment sector.
