Boomerang Digital has announced it is recruiting a new Director of Product as the business looks to strengthen its position as a “one stop shop” technology partner to the leisure and gambling sectors.
Following what the company describes as a record-breaking 2025, Boomerang Digital is seeking a senior specialist to lead its Machine Management (Portal & Click), TiTo infrastructure and multi-functional Pay Station product verticals. The role will be UK-based and remote-first, with national travel and regular representation at industry exhibitions including EAG and ACOS.
The appointment signals Boomerang’s continued focus on developing what it terms the “Connected Floor” — integrating machine management intelligence, payment flows and fintech-enabled pay stations into a seamless ecosystem for operators.
The successful candidate will take strategic responsibility for:
• Portal and Click machine management systems
• Ticket-In, Ticket-Out (TiTo) infrastructure
• Pay Stations handling loyalty, bingo credits and card-based cash-out functions
The role requires deep domain knowledge of gaming management systems and TiTo technology, alongside the technical understanding needed to bridge physical gaming hardware with cloud-based software environments. Boomerang is looking for someone able to define and drive the product roadmap while acting as a visible ambassador for the company’s innovation strategy.
Boomerang Digital’s current structure combines the heritage and product expertise of NRM, Playsafe Systems, IHL and ISD, positioning the business as an integrated solutions provider in an increasingly data-driven and payments-focused market.
The company states that the Director of Product will report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the future direction of one of its most critical verticals.
Applications are being invited via recruitment@boomerangdigital.co.uk.
