E-Service Heads to ECAS With Strong Line-Up of Payment Solutions

E-Service will be showcasing a strong line-up of payment and cash-handling innovations at ECAS, with particular focus on the latest solutions from CountR, including the CashIO Gold and CashIO Silver kiosks.

These cutting-edge self-service payment solutions offer superior efficiency and reliability, bringing “casino-grade” technology into the wider gaming and leisure environment. Designed to meet the demands of high-volume venues, the CountR range delivers advanced functionality across TITO redemption, ticket issuing and multi-medium cashless transactions, alongside integrated banknote and coin handling.

A key advantage of the CashIO Gold and Silver models is that they are GBG TITO-ready, enabling interoperability between different machine manufacturers. This provides operators with greater flexibility when managing mixed estates, while supporting a more seamless and future-proofed approach to payments and redemption.

Beyond functionality, the systems are designed to enhance both operational performance and the player experience. By facilitating secure cashless play and automating key processes, they help reduce staff intervention, improve efficiency and maintain consistent reliability across the floor.

With large-format touchscreens and integrated messaging capabilities, the kiosks also offer opportunities for targeted communication and promotional activity, adding further value beyond core payment functions.

Alongside the CountR range, E-Service will also be presenting its broader portfolio of TITO redemption terminals and payment solutions, all designed to support operators in creating more efficient, connected and customer-focused environments.
