American Changer joins forces with Instance Automatics

American Changer has announced a new partnership with Instance Automatics Ltd, with the UK-based business set to act as its partner for new machine sales and servicing support across the UK and Republic of Ireland.

The agreement will see Instance Automatics provide support for both new and existing American Changer equipment operating throughout the region, including parts, servicing and aftersales assistance.

Commenting on the partnership, Ian Eason, Managing Director of Instance Automatics, said the company was proud to have been approached by American Changer regarding the opportunity.

“We are really proud that Mark Dines, the American Changer’s top man, reached out to us regarding becoming a partner company to work with them in the UK and ROI too,” he said.

“We have a history of change machine development and repair which includes development that we carried out with Bandai Namco many moons ago.”

Instance Automatics confirmed that it is now stocking parts and spares to support the continued upkeep of American Changer machines already installed within the UK market, while also promising strong aftersales support for both new and legacy equipment.

“We are stocking parts and spares to enable the upkeep of American Changer machines that are already operating over here, and will give unbeatable aftersales assistance on new and old machines,” Eason added.

“We look forward to a long and fruitful business relationship with the team at American Changer. Watch this space…”

The move strengthens American Changer’s support presence within the UK and Irish markets and is expected to provide operators with improved access to servicing, maintenance and replacement parts through a locally based partner with extensive experience in change machine systems and repairs.
