Doug Douglas, the Chairman of the National Farm Attractions Network and farm owner himself, has found the perfect solution for customers who ‘can’t find the right cash’ to pay for his quad bike rides.
He has installed the TA101P change machine from Playsafe Systems next to his Pay to Play quad bikes and this means that customers can use their cards or other contactless payment methods to get the right change to pay for a ride.
This means that Doug has not needed to pay for costly contactless payment methods on the bikes themselves. He said, “‘We looked at installing tap to pay on each of our quad bikes, but it was going to cost us a monthly subscription of around £20 per machine per month.
“This is why we went with the TA101P from Playsafe Systems. We got our return on investment back in one busy day! Having a contactless payment machine next to the Pay To Play rides means that guests cannot use the excuse that they haven’t got the right change anymore!”
