Jason Lockwood, Entertainment Director at Greene King, is set to leave the business after 15 years overseeing the group’s gaming and entertainment offer.
Lockwood, who has played a key role in shaping the company’s approach to pub entertainment, confirmed he is now looking for a new opportunity within the gaming, leisure or hospitality sectors.
Reflecting on his time with the business, he said:
“I’ve had a wonderful 15 years at Greene King and have enjoyed every minute. My attention now turns though to finding a new challenge within the gaming, leisure or hospitality space.”
During his tenure, Lockwood led a significant period of change, helping to modernise Greene King’s gaming proposition and guiding the transition from analogue to digital machines across its estate.
Clair Preston-Beer, Chief Digital and Commercial Officer at Greene King, paid tribute to his contribution:
“I would like to thank Jason for his hard work and significant contribution over the last 15 years during which time he has transformed the gaming and entertainment offer at Greene King, leading the pub industry change from analogue to digital gaming machines, overseeing continued growth and introducing digital pub quizzing.”
